12 years since the T.V. series concluded, Deadwood will be making its return, however, this time, it will not be a show but a movie. The original series made its debut on 2004 and needless to say, it made its prominent place in our hearts. With the movie coming out, expectation automatically goes up, fans want the movie to do justice to the original show.

Fans have been waiting to hear the official confirmation and finally, the moment of joy came when Casey Bloys gifted fans what they have been waiting for. in a statement he said that the project had been given a green light and according to his words, the production already began in October 2018.

According to the latest reports, the upcoming movie will focus on the major characters as they reunite after 10 long years. According to the original synopsis, to celebrate South Dakota’s statehood, the characters reunite after 10 years. Former rivals will be reignited, older wounds will be re-opened and the action will begin in the modern era.

We have been waiting for this since a long time, but now we are getting closer to the day we all wanted. Deadwood finally got a which must be freaking the hell out of fans. Deadwood: The Movie is supposed to release on HBO on 31 May 2019.
Well, fans were too happy to hear this, as they have to know what happened after the incidents of the 2004 show.
