Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is the game that lived up to its hype, and it was a hugely successful game. The reviews of the game are mostly positive, but there are some problems with it, which includes the weapon that is in the Multiplayer. There is no weapon balancing in this, but some have praised it, and on the other hand, some are saying to balance the weapons that are in the multiplayer.
One of the most requested ones includes the M4 rifle and 725 shotgun are currently too powerful and are ruining the experience of the game. 725 shotgun is so broken that the player used it as a Sniper, it might sound bizarre, but it isn’t as he was able to snipe another player with it. This was discovered by some players that, when this weapon is augmented with specialized equipment, can actually act as a sniper rifle. Cecot replied to a video documenting this with the eyes emoji, which suggests the 725 may get nerfed in the new update to come.
The co-director of Modern Warfare’s multiplayer, Joe Cecot, said on Twitter that weapon tuning” changes are coming to the game in a future update. But it wasn’t specified when exactly it would becoming. But of these two weapons, it might be coming very soon as both the M4 and 725 are broken guns that need to be nerfed. But this isn’t the only problem with the multiplayer; some of the players have complained that the multiplayer maps benefit the campers, and its constraint the aggressive playing style.
Modern Warfare is Activision’s gem that, when launched, made more than 600 million in sales in just three days. Its sales for the first three days were better than every other Call of Duty released during this generation of consoles. Infinity Ward is going to support Modern Warfare for a long time with the Battle Pass system that will add new cosmetic rewards on a regular schedule. The Battle Pass isn’t available yet, but Activision says it will be live later in 2019.
