Mario Kart is a mobile game that was recently released for both Android and IOS. The game was pretty successful and have a lot of players playing it. Recently, it was revealed that the game will be heading to Paris, France. This was announced by DeNA, the upcoming time-limited events will unlock at 6 am UK time (1 pm PT) on 6 November 2019 and take in the sights across Paris.
During this event, there will be time-limited unlockable items which include the Frenchified variant of Peach. On their official Twitter account, Nintendo said “Rev your engine and take a ride through the City of Lights when the Paris tour starts in #MarioKartTour! The scenery looks like it could be hanging in The Louvre! In the next tour, Peach is dressed to relax, but that won’t slow her down! This princess likes to put in time on the tracks even when she’s on vacation!”
This game launched back in September. It roke record of Nintendo’s most-downloaded smartphone game at launch and 90m downloads in its debut week which is quite insane. Moreover, the multiplayer update of the game will be coming very soon according to the company. You will need Mario Kart Tour’s £4.99 monthly subscription to be the first to try its upcoming multiplayer mode.
Nintendo will be launching real-time multiplayer in December but the beta test will only be for those players that have subscribed to its Gold Pass, which is exactly like the 200cc racing tier that is available only for Gold subscribers. As of writing this, there are no details on how long the beta test will last as well as how long it will be Gold Pass exclusive.
