The first Ryder Cup took place in the United States in 1927 at Worcester Country club. The Ryder Cup 2021 was conducted from September 24 to September 26, 2021. The United States came as the ultimate winners when they defeated Europe with a huge margin of 19-9.

It is the championship of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). This ultimate series is played between the playoff semifinals’ winners. Officially known as Major Dhyan Chand Award for Lifetime Achievement in Sports and games, it is given to honor the remarkable achievements of the individual in sports. It is the sporting honor given by the Republic of India. The award is named after Dhyan Chand, who was an incredible hockey player who had a long career in Hockey from 1926 to 1948. This fantastic player scored over 1000 goals. The award is given annually by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Along with the award, the recipient gets a certificate, a ceremonial dress, and a cash prize of $13,000.

And England is the current world champion; they won in ICC World Cup 2019.
1. FIFA World Cup
Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) conducts the FIFA World cup. It is a football competition that happens at an international level. The first tournament happened in 1930, and since then, the tournament has kept on happening every four years. 1942 and 1946 were the exception years when FIFA World Cup could not help because of the ongoing World War 2.
The last FIFA World Cup took place in Russia, where France became the winner in 2018. Each team that desires to participate has to go through a qualification phase that takes place the preceding three years to filter out the teams who are not capable of participating.
