Mario Lopez is one hell of fighter, who walked the 2019 Emmy Red Carpet with an arm-sling beneath his tuxedo. This happened on September 22 at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles. Lopez looked every bit dapper in the suit and carried his look well with grace.

Mario Lopez, the 45-year-old who hosts Access Hollywood, recently underwent surgery to repair his torn bicep. He was seen along with the likes of co-hosts such as Giuliana Rancic, Brad Goreski, Kristin Cavallari, Tanya Rad, Erin Lim, and Justin Sylvester. Among others, Superstore‘s Lauren Ash was also seen stopping by. Extra‘s Renee Bargh also was also seen on the carpet. Lopez was quick to joke on his Emmy sling-cast look on instagram.

After Mario’s unfortunate accident, the actor posted a video and shared the painful details of his surgery. On his Instagram, Lopez was quoted saying evidently he is not 25 anymore. He hashtagged the post as #GettingOldSucks #TherapyHereICome. The actor Lopez, who is known to have famously flexed his biceps as A.C. Slater on “Saved by the Bell,” confirmed that his surgery was a success.
