Black Clover has slowly turned into one of the most watched anime throughout the world. The anime earned a lot of criticism when it began airing. A lot of people didn’t like the anime and others who wanted to try it wouldn’t do it after reading the reviews. But, all of that has changed, and Black Clover has become a famous anime. The last episode of the first season aired on September 25, 2018.
The anime started its second season on October 2, 2018. The first season had 51 episodes and the second season of the show will have 51 episodes as well. So far the second season has aired 18 episodes. There is still a long way to go before the third season of Black Clover is released. Barring any delays, we can expect the second season of Black Clover to be wrapped up in September 2019.
We haven’t received any sort of news about the possibility of a third season coming out immediately but, if we take a look at the history, then it is plausible to assume that the show will continue after a minor break. The third season might start after a week or two. So, we can expect it to be released in October 2019.
However, this is assuming that the show will not take a long break. Personally, I don’t think that it will take long to get the third season of Black Clover. But, it isn’t entirely impossible. The show could very well take a long break of possibly 5-6 months or even more before making a return.
For the fans, it will be better if the third season comes out without any long breaks. But, in this industry, you never really know. There has been no information about the third season so far from the staff involved with the series. However, we should expect some news to come out when we get closer to the end of the second season.
