Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi e began airing on July 1, 2019, and things are looking good for the anime. The anime airs on Tokyo MX, BS11, and MBS. Crunchyroll is streaming the series, so you can watch it on their site once it is out. The opening of the anime is titled, “Sacrifice” by Mafumafu, while the ending theme song is “HHOOWWLL” by Gero×ARAKI.

The first episode was titled, “To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts.” In the previous episode, we saw that the Northern Union was attempting to attack a stronghold which was held by the Southern Confederacy. However, after losing too many soldiers, the North resorts to using its secret weapon, which is actually shape shifting soldiers called Incarnates. The incarnates can transform into mythical beats and destroy the enemy base.
The Incarnates who are led by Cain, Hank and Elaine continue to aid the North and help them to achieve several victories. But, tragedy soon strikes when one of the Incarnates actually goes berserk and ends up attacking both allies and enemies.
The Incarnate decides to kill himself in order to prevent himself from harming more people. We saw Hank commanding his unit to put down any other Incarnates who show the same symptoms.
The title of the next episode is “The Dragon’s Daughter.” The episode is going to air on July 8, 2019. It will be available on the official streaming sites such as Crunchyroll.
