It is 1897 and a broken, scarred Bumblebee, an Autobot has sought refuge in some junkyard, situated at California. The other lead is Charlie, who is about to turn 18 but before that happens, the lands an upon the bee. Later what happens is, Charlie, helps in building Bumblebee’s resilience from scratch again. And in doing so, she learns about the fact that the Bumblebee that we are talking about isn’t some ordinary bee but possesses some powers. Bumblebee boasts of a powerful cast such as John Cena, Hailee Steinfeld, Jorge Lendeborg, Jason Drucker amongst others.
If you may know, Transformers 6 came out on June 8, 2018. In May 2017 it was made clear that Bumblebee the movie would be based upon the times of the 1980s. And that’s exactly what happened.
Bumblebee, the movie released in 2018 is based upon the character from Transformers of similar name, and it becomes the 6th installment of the transformer series. Bumblebee is directed by Travis Knight and written by Christina Hodson. Bumblebee did some amazing business, round about $378 million in all. It was released on December 21, 2018, but it premiered first on December 3, 2018, in Berlin. It also became a critical hit with critics especially praising Steinfeld’s performance.
Di Bonaventura in 2018 has made it clear that more Bumblebee movies would be coming to screens in the coming years. The upcoming movies would be inspired by Solo movies and would see certain shifts in tone and style.
Regarding the DVD, Blu-ray, date of Bumblebee, it is available for pre-orders on Amazon. The movie is slated to be released on DVD, Blu-ray sometime in March 2019. The available on Digital HD from Amazon Video and iTunes will also be available from March.

The DVD release has been announced, which is set on 2 April 2019. Fans would be able to buy Digital HD copy on Amazon and iTunes from 19 March 2019. The DVD copy will be available on Amazon and Best Buy at $17.99, and the Blu-Ray copy will be available at $22.99 on both the retailers. 4K UHD copy along with a Blu-Ray copy at $27.95 on Amazon, and at $27.99 on Best Buy.
