Fortnite Chapter 2 season 1 is out already and it brings a lot of exciting stuff with it. There is a new map for players and there are also new skins and Battle Pass challenges. The second chapter marks a new beginning for Fortnite as the map that was previously being used was destroyed. The Fortnite map has been altered a lot since the game released back in September 2017.
Since the beginning of 2018, Epic Games has been teasing that a new map is in works and it was finally launched for Fortnite chapter 2. On the Fortnite chapter 2 season 1 release day the new Battle Pass had a countdown in it saying how much time is left in the current season, and from the looks of it Fortnite chapter 2 season 2 could be released around Christmas.
The Battle Pass launched on October 15, and it said that 54 days left in the season. This would mean that Fortnite chapter 2 season 1 will end on December 8. We can expect some delay in the start of the second season. So maybe it will be launched on December 12.
