Boruto is busy training using Shiruken he destroys his target and thinks that he is using too much power. Suddenly Sasuke arrives and Boruto said that it means Shojo was not joking about the Husk organization. He told Sasuke not to waste time they have to go and find the organization. Sasuke replied that there is no need to hurry and Boruto shows him the mark on his hand which is the same as the organization.

Boruto had a flashback were one of the villagers notice mark in his hand and think that Boruto is a member of the Husk or Kara organization. Boruto wants to find out more about the mark that he has inside of his right hand. Sasuke advises Boruto that they must not blindly approach their enemies without knowing about them. Sasuke told Boruto to focus on his assigned mission successfully or if he loses focus he will be a burden in the middle of battle. He said that he will get more experience from the mission and learn more from the people around him. Sasuke give Boruto his glove to hide the mark in his hand. He said the mark in his hand attracts enemies.

Boruto promised Sasuke that he will focus on his missions. Later Team 7 is given a mission to locate someone and Boruto thinks it is boring. They are going to explore the Land of Valleys searching for a missing person. Boruto asks for a mission that will test his skills. Sarada replied that every mission is very important. Mugino is going to assist them in their mission.

Konohamaru rushes and greets Mugino and said its been a long time and Boruto thinks that Mugino was in Jail. Mugino reaches the Land of Valleys with Team 7. Konohamaru told the guard that they are from Hidden Leave village Mia has requested them to come, he let them in. Mia came and escort them while explaining how her husband Anoto disappear.

They went to the lab where Anoto used to work and Mitsuki use his snake to get information from the laptop. Mitsuki explains the data that he has on his snake. He reveals that the research squad travels west for 2 nights where there is a waterfall. Later they met with Victor who explained to them how Anoto got lost. He shows them footprints leading to where Anoto is.
