Borderlands 3 just got a new trailer recently, and along with that, we found out a lot of new and interesting stuff about the game. We have been waiting for more information to come our way for a long time now, and it’s finally here. In this post, we’ll be discussing everything that we know about Borderlands 3. So, without wasting any more time, let’s get started!
The first thing that we want to talk about is the characters. We have four new Vault Hunters that we’ll be adventuring as. On the other hand, we have the villainous twins that we’ll be fighting against. Players will get to play as Moze the Gunner, FL4K the Beastmaster, Amara the Siren, and Zane the Operative, while the enemies in all this will be the Calypso Twins.
We’re told that the adventure extends beyond Pandora, which is great to here. Just imagining how insanely huge this game is going to be is getting us excited. Gearbox Software also promised to the fans of the game that an insane number of guns would be made available to loot.
The trailer confirmed the release date of Borderlands 3 as well. The game is coming out on September 13, 2019, on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
The console version will be available in four editions, called Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, and Diamond Loot Chest, each with some benefits, with Diamond Loot Chest having the most of the lot.
Updated on May 5, 2019:
A lot of new information on Borderlands 3 has been coming out lately, and we’re told that Borderlands 3 will take about 30 hours to beat. That’s a standard time for the game in my opinion, and I’m very excited to see how the game pans out over those 30 hours. What’s more, we’re told that the game will have 4 DLCs, and that they’ll be story-based.
It isn’t really common for dlcs to be story-based nowadays, but I’m curious to see what Borderlands have in store for the fans. Hopefully, it won’t disappoint. Are you excited about the release of Borderlands 3? Let me know your thoughts in the comments section below!
Updated on 16 July 2019:
Another announcement has been made for Borderlands 3, and it has got fans talking as usual. An announcement regarding a “celebration of togetherness” has been made for tomorrow, July 16. However, they cleared that it is not about the cross-platform play which the fans were excited about after reading the announcement. We all were expecting that it could be about cross-platform play, but it is certainly not, although it will be interesting as per Randy Pitchford in his tweet.
However, it is not like there will not be any cross-platform gaming in the next Borderlands game. There will be a cross-platform play update coming to the next game, but the game will not have it initially. Randy Pitchford informed that Gearbox is committed to cross-platform Borderlands, and they are working hard on it!
