Wizards of the Coast started to roll out information about their upcoming MTG Arena set. These cards are disconnected from the central story. The Core Set 2020 will mix flashy new cards with classic staples. It will actually be the last set to be released before Ixalan, Rivals of Ixalan, Dominaria, and Core Set 2019 rotate out of Standard.
You can buy these awesome cards and for the time being, you can pre-order them. The card set will be released on July 2, 2019. You better mark your calendars if you don’t want to miss the chance to pre-order the set.
The previews of the cards will be released on the DailyMTG. It will be spread across two weeks. This new set is based on themes such as Elemental tribal, enter-the-battlefield effects, and the Shards of Alara color wedges. If you are interested here are the details of the Core Set 2020 in full—
