The Strikers witches are flying in the sky, it has been revealed that Barkhorn and the others defeated the Neuroi around Hamburg, the route to Kiel is clear. The operation to take back Kiel by the Western Thearter forces is about to begin at this rate maybe the witches will be having the Saturnus Festival in Berlin. Sanya told Eila that they must not be thinking about the festival now. Eila agrees and said that they need to get Kiel back and all of sudden the sky becomes foggy.
Sanya sensed a Neuroi and she tells Eila that it is ahead of them at a distance of 500m. They started fighting with it but Eila is worried that she can’t locate the Neuroi since it is too foggy. After blocking the laser attack with a shield Sanya said that it has fled since she can’t detect it. Eila is wondering if the fog is coming from the Neuroi. At the military base, Sanya reports to Minna that Neuroi has been seen around Kiel. She reveals that it has the ability to create thick fog.

Previously Strike Witches: Road to Berlin Episode 8
Sanya apologizes that they couldn’t take it down and Minna said that she thought it was going to be easy to take back Kiel. Minna said that she will report the matter to the HQ immediately. Meanwhile, Hattori and Yoshika are looking for Eila to give her the letter. While they are looking Yoshika saw a new tree and Hattori reveals that it is for the Saturnus Festival. Hattori reveals that the festival is celebrated in New Year. Yoshika spots Sanya at a distance and she calls her asking where Elia is since they can’t find her.
Sanya leads them to Eila and they gave her the letter from the officer Juutilainen. While they are talking about stuff to decorate the tree festival it has been announced that they must come for an emergency meeting. At the meeting, Minna reveals that the western theater forces are launching an attempt to recover Kiel port. Charlotte said that they are launching a pinpoint air attack on the cannon emplacement Neuroi. Minna adds that Kiel is covered in thick fog and they can’t see further than five meters even in the day.
She also said that since they can’t do a pinpoint attack and Erika asks if the attack is called off. Minna said no, the brass wants Kiel back no matter what for the assault on Berlin. In 2 days they will be launching a saturation strike and it may do serious damages to Kiel’s port facilities. Minna sends the Strikers’ witches to do their orders from brass. They battle with the foggy Neuroi and defeated it in the evening they enjoy celebrating the festival and Kiel was taken back unharmed.
