Natsushiko was also dragged in along with her and it was thanks o Hanako that they managed to navigate safely. While navigating, Natsuhiko ends up coming across a door that was leading to the school, but to their surprise, they ended up in the past where Hanako was still young.
Hanako had dropped a key chain that Yahiro managed pick up but this led to them having an encounter. They then moved to the girl’s washroom where Hanako welcomes back to the real world. So Yashiro decided to keep Hanako’s Key chain and secured it as a way sho could use to protect him.
