The Bleach 20th Anniversary website had announced on its live stream back in March 2020 that there will be a new season of Bleach that will see the adaptation of Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Arc and will pick off right where the anime left. The announcement was made during a live stream instead of the event that was scheduled due to the breakout of the Coronavirus. The staff and the cast member that attended also confirmed that the project was kept a secret to them until the very end.
When Is Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Arc Release Date?
Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Arc will be released in 2021. The exact release date has not been officially confirmed but the announcement came together with the news that the spinoff manga, Burn the witch, will also receive an adaptation to be broadcasted for 2020. This will be followed bu the adaptation of Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Arc in 2021.
