One Piece is preparing for its biggest episode of 2019 already, and you may already know that this is about the climax to the biggest fight in One Piece so far, that is, Luffy vs. Katakuri. This fight has been going on for quite a while now and is arguably the best fight in the entire series so far.
Luffy has been beaten to a pulp by Katakuri, but he’s starting to grow in terms of Haki and power slowly because of him now biting the dust. Katakuri eventually acknowledges Luffy as a worthy opponent, and now we’re going moving towards the end of the fight. One Piece Episode 869 will air two days from now, which is Sunday and after that is the biggest One Piece Episode of 2019, which is the finale of Luffy vs. Katakuri.
We recently got a leaked image of One Piece Episode 870, and it seems that Luffy has whipped out his new Gear 4 form, called Gear 4 Snakeman. Snakeman focuses more on Luffy’s speed, and it allows him to hit the opponents way faster. The image hasn’t been fully processed.

To see this moment in its full glory, we will have to wait till the episode actually airs. It is being speculated that Naotoshi Shida, Toei’s big climax animator, is working on One Piece Episode 870, so you can expect big things from this episode! Furthermore, we’ll likely see the heavyweights of Whole Cake Island arc which include Yoshikazu Tomita, Katsumi Ishizuka and Ty Yong Ce on this episode as well.
