Charlotte Katakuri was recently announced for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4, and the fans’ excitement has gone through the roof already. Katakuri was introduced in the story at Whole Cake Island, and by its end, he was already one of the fan-favorites. As such, Bandai didn’t waste any time in making him a playable character for Pirate Warriors 4, and also, since the story covers Whole Cake Island, all the way up to a certain point in Wano, this was to be expected.

Along with Katakuri, we will also be getting Snakeman Luffy in the game as a playable character, which is going to be extremely fun to use, thanks to the unique mechanics of the game. We’re very excited to see both of these beasts in the game and hopefully, we’ll get some more characters soon.
Recently, Bandai Namco revealed a short teaser for Charlotte Katakuri’s move set, and it looks like he’s going to have a diverse set of abilities. We can see him perform his Mochi Ginchaku, and even use his awakening to the fullest. Whether he’ll be able to see the future or not is something that remains to be seen, but hopefully, we’ll get a confirmation on that very soon as well.
