2019 Nissan Juke: Release Date, Photos, And Specifications
Nissan Juke has a unique spot in the company, but it wasn’t received well because of its appearance. It was released in 2010 and was doing well compared to its competition at that time. The sales of the car slowly started to go down which made the company to stop making this vehicle in the U.S. Other company had made better compact crossovers which forced Nissan to make a much better car.
Everyone thought Juke was dead but the matter a fact it isn’t, and we will see it in the upcoming months. During an interview with Autocar, Alfonso Albaisa the boss Nissan’s global design said “It doesn’t look like IMx or new Leaf, either,” and he added by saying “It’s an urban meteor with a nasty attitude.”
Autocar has speculated that the next Juke will have the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance’s V-platform. It will have a three-cylinder 0.9 liter to a 1.2-liter four-cylinder that produces between 90 to 115 horsepower. The engine that we are talking about is currently used in Micra and Qashqai. Moreover, there might be a diesel option – a 110-horsepower 1.5-liter mill.
There are also rumors that new Juke could also have four-wheel drive as an option. The release date of Nissan Juke hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it said that it would come at the end of this year. The price is also a mystery right now, but I think it will be more expensive than the previous Juku and will start around £16,000.
