After a super-colossal success of Aquaman DCEU’s second-biggest hit, ‘Wonder Woman’ is all ready to return with a sequel. Wonder Woman showed to be a more significant and critical success than anyone could have predicted. The sequel is titled ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ as it would take place way before any events of Justice League or other DCEU movies.

Gal Gadot herself revealed the exact date on her twitter post. Sources have been clear about how Wonder Woman 2 would take place in the 1984 timeline(clear by the title of the movie as well), making it a chronological sequel by about 70 years.
