Doom Eternal Update: Hugo Martin Suggests More Type of Demons
Doom Eternal Update
Doom Eternal is an upcoming game which is being developed by id Sofware, and Bethesda Softworks will publish it. The game is going to be released for all the major platforms. It is going to come out for PlayStation 4, Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch, Microsoft Windows and Xbox One. It is the fifth main title in the Doom series, and it is the sequel to 2016’s Doom.
The creative director Hugo Martin stated that the new game would have many more demon types than the 2016 reboot. It will have more types of enemies such as Doom Hunter and the Marauder. A few other demons from the previous Doom titles such as Archvile, Arachnotron, and the Pain Elemental will make its way to the new game.
There is a new feature in the upcoming game, which is called “Destructible Demons.” With this feature, the body of the enemies gets destroyed and deteriorate as they suffer damage.
The game will also have a multiplayer mode called “Invasion,” and in this mode, the players can join the single-player campaign of others, and they can fight against them as demons. This mode can be turned off if you want to play the game solo. There are also regular multiplayer modes.
The game was announced last year during Bethesda’s E3 conference. Here is what the press release had to say about the game— In this game, you can experience the great combination of power and speed. The players will play as the DOOM Slayer who makes his return to take vengeance against the forces of Hell. I am pretty excited about the game, and I can’t wait for their press conference.
Bethesda has their E3 2019 press conference on June 9, at 5:30 pm PT.
