This year Konami have revealed their upcoming Soccer game, and they have officially named it as eFootball: PES 2020 which will release officially for PS4 Xbox One, and PC on September 10. This will somewhat will be the new beginning for the game as this year’s game will have a revamped Master League. The company said, “headlined by a powerful new interactive dialogue system that puts the reins firmly in players hands when it comes to controlling story progression.”
There will be more realistic transfer fees and salaries as well. The player will be allowed to create their manager avatar, or they can use one of several legendary managers like Johan Cruyff or Diego Maradona. This game will have a new game mode called Matchday. In this event, this game mode contains weekly events where each real-world player picks one of two teams, and each match you play contributes to your team’s cumulative score. At the end of the season, players that have performed the best will face in order to decide the winner.
The gameplay change doesn’t stop there as Konami says that they have “upgraded trapping mechanics and new techniques; context-sensitive kick accuracy; more realistic defense and the addition of the intentional foul; an adaptive player interaction system that recreates player personalities on the pitch; and much more. Moreover, there are going to be a new Camera option, better player models, better lighting engine; there will be more realistic cutscenes as well as replays.
The game’s standard cover will have Lionel Messi on at and on the other hand, the Legend Edition will have Ronaldinho. As you have already noticed that both are the player of Barcelona which is again officially licensed in this year’s PES. The company said that the club and Konami had signed a new multi-year global partnership which will keep Barcelona and their Camp Nou stadium exclusive to PES. FIFA and PES will both be releasing in the month of September while FIFA will release around two weeks after PES’s release.
