For Saturday Night Live Season 45, Episode 2; Phoebe Waller-Bridge will host the show and Taylor Swift will perform. The opener season episode aired on September 29, 2019. SNL is the defining element of Ameican pop culture, it’s been on the air for 45 years.
So, the 45th season of Saturday Night Live, suffered a major setback in this summer, after the exit of Leslie Jones. But at the same, SNL has cast the show’s first Chinese-American cast member, Bowen Yang. Subsequent to this, Shane Gillis, was fired from the show. As of now, there are a tonne of controversies surrounding Gillis’ departure from the show. But let’s just leave that behind us to focus upon tonight’s episode.
