Boruto Chapter 31 came out just days ago, and I think it was one of the best chapters in the manga, action wise. The story took a very dark turn when Kara decided to show up. In this chapter, we were able to see Naruto Uzumaki fight against Delta, who is surprisingly strong.
As it was pointed out by me earlier, Naruto had to hold back in this fight for multiple reasons, one of them being the fact that he is inside his own village and he cannot risk blowing it up.
At the same time, he also wanted to see what Delta was like and what her power was. So, he needed to make himself look weaker. However, now he’s serious. Both Delta and Naruto have been fighting on equal footing. But, Naruto isn’t looking to spare her now.
In the next chapter of Boruto, I think we’ll see a bigger fight in Konohagakure. Of course, Naruto will be at an advantage now that he’s serious. I think Delta is in big trouble, and for her, the only thing that’ll save her is Kashin Koji.
Koji needs to do something. In the previous chapter, we didn’t really see him at all. I think Koji is planning something and he will try to take Kawaki away, to Naruto’s surprise. This will shake up Naruto, and he might start losing the battle. However, I expect Koji to be stopped by some other Jounin. Konoha isn’t a village if weaklings.
Naruto represents the strength of the village and to say that he can destroy them both if he wants to is an understatement. However, as I said, if he goes all-out, the village will be destroyed in the process. This is very similar to when Momoshiki attacked, and Sasuke said Naruto could not risk destroying the village.
Boruto Chapter 32 drops next month. The official release for the chapter is 25 February 2019.
