Booksmart is a comedy movie which has been directed by Olivia Wilde with a screenplay by Emily Halpern and Sarah Haskins, Susanna Fogel, and Katie Silberman. The movie had its world premiere on March 10, 2019. If you didn’t watch the movie on its world premiere then worry not as the scheduled release of the movie is very close. The movie is scheduled to be released on May 24, 2019. Booksmart will be distributed by United Artists Releasing.

The movie follows two high school girls, Amy and Molly. The two girls have been best friends since childhood. Amy has a crush on a girl named Ryan. Molly urges Amy to form a relationship with Ryan before they graduate. On the eve of their graduation, Molly hears some other students making fun of her in the bathroom. Molly rushes to confront them, and they tell her that everything isn’t about school. So, Molly tells Amy, and the two girls decide to have the fun of all the years rolled into one.
The movie looks to have a decent plot, and I am sure many people will enjoy watching it. I am personally looking forward to watching it, and I hope it will be worth it.
