The Cursed, which tvN’s newest drama, has gotten off to a great start this week as it debuted on the channel on Monday, February 10, 2020. The show then aired its second episode on the next day and we’re looking forward to more already!
The drama is brought to you by the same writer who wrote the hit 2016 film Train to Busan, so you can expect some solid writing for the show.
The Cursed tells the story of a teenage girl who has a special ability, using which she can curse people to death. All she has to do is write the person’s name in hanja (Chinese characters), or use a picture or an object owned by the person. It’s basically Death Note with extra steps. The girl meets a reporter who wants to get to the bottom of a conspiracy and fight a mighty evil hiding behind an IT company.
The drama stars Uhm Ji Won in the main role of the reporter Im Jin Hee, with Jeong Ji So playing the character of the girl with the supernatural ability Baek So Jin. Sung Song Il plays Jin Jong Hyun, the CEO of Forest IT company.
The drama releases its episodes weekly every Monday and Tuesday on tvN in Korea, and in North and South America via OnDemandKorea. This article will provide streaming and release details of the upcoming 3rd episode.

What is The Cursed About?
The drama stars Uhm Ji Won as reporter Im Jin Hee, who dedicates her work to tackle corruption. She is investigating an IT company, Forest, and its CEO, who she believes is not up to any good. This is because the CEO, Jin Jong Hyun, played by Sung Dong Il, is actually into Shamanism. While investigating his case more, she comes across a “spiritual consulting” company that she believes the company’s CEO may have used the help of. This consultation company is actually a subsidiary of Forest, and its chairperson Jin Kyung, played by Jo Min Soo, is the principal advisor to Jin.
