Apple’s new iPad Air has not a lot in common with the previous iPads except for the name maybe. It was in 2015 that Apple first launched the iPad Pro. While the iPad may have returned the body from the previous iPad but other than that, the body size is more prominent, about the 10.5-inch screen and an artistic stylus. Apple for 2019, confirmed two iPads, the iPad Air 3 which has a fantastic horsepower and which comes at an affordable price point. The other one is iPad mini 5, 7.9-inch model touted for its portability already. Today we’ll talk about iPad Air 3, which we have been testing for some days now.
Yeah, the iPad Air 3 is cheaper than the mini version. Technically, it is the successor to the iPad Air 2 that launched in 2017, and it is an improvement over it. Amongst its specs, you see iPad Air comes with a remarkably thinner design, a 10.5-inch Retina Display (that we mentioned above) with True Tone, Apple’s A12 Bionic Chip which claims to make it 70% faster when compared to the 9.7-inch iPad. iPad Air 3 comes with a new 1080p rear camera, support for Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard.
iPad Air 3 come in three different colors of silver, space grey, and gold in 64 GB and 256GB variants. It starts at $499 in the U.S. for the Wi-Fi-only model and $629 in the U.S. for the Wi-Fi + Cellular model.
