Cosplay Mania’s Musical Guests
JUNNA first gained attention by being a part of the “Tactical Sound Unit” Walküre in the Macross Delta anime, becoming the first major songstress group in the Macross franchise. Walküre held its final concerts in May.
JUNNA also provided the singing voice for Mikumo Guynemer in Macross Delta and has performed opening theme songs for various anime, including The Ancient Magus’ Bride, Lord of Vermilion: The Crimson King, Kakegurui××, BEM, Fena: Pirate Princess, and Sabikui Bisco.
Daoko is widely known for her collaboration with Kenshi Yonezu on the hit song “Uchiage Hanabi,” the theme song for the anime film Fireworks, Should We See it from the Side or the Bottom? She has also performed theme songs for popular anime such as Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul, Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond, The Dragon Dentist, and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos the Movie.
Nano, a Japanese-American singer from New York, made her debut in 2012. Her first album, Nanoir, took the #10 spot on the Oricon weekly album chart, and her third album, Rock On, reached #6. So it’s safe to say she’s pretty successful.
Nano has performed theme songs for many anime titles, including Phi-Brain – Puzzle of God: The Orpheus Order, Btooom!, Arpeggio of Blue Steel, Magical Warfare, M3 the dark metal, Aria the Scarlet Ammo Double A, Magical Girl Raising Project, Conception, Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits-, and Kemurikusa.
BPM15Q, originally formed by IchigoRinahamu and Nicamoq in 2015, calls themselves a “dreamy-cute idol group.” They produced everything from their music to their costumes. The duo debuted in 2015 and added members over the years, undergoing name changes and lineup adjustments.
The group broke up in 2021, but the original members, IchigoRinahamu and Nicamoq, reunited under the BPM15Q name in April 2022 and re-started their musical careers.
