Boruto, Mitsuki, and Sarada met with strangers while trying to retrieve the Hashiwarama cells from Shinobi who runs away with them. The strangers attack them with lightning style. Three strangers appeared in front of them and they asked them to hand over Hashiwamara Cells. They claim that Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki have killed Lady Sakuya to get the Hashiwarama cells. One of the three guys said that if they don’t cooperate they will get hurt, Boruto wanted to fight them.
Konohamaru came and stop Boruto who wanted to attack with Rasengan. Konohamaru asks if the leader of the stranger is Omoi from the Hidden Cloud. Omoi replied by asking if he is Konohamaru and Konohamaru replied yes. Konohamaru explains to others that Omoi is a close aide to Lord Raikage of the Hiden Cloud. Omoi said that Konohamaru and team 7 must first answer him if they have killed Lady Sakuya. Boruto told him that they did not kill her.

Omoi explains to team 7 that he is sent by Lord Raikage to investigate about the cells with Marui and Kakui. They are sent to sneak into the Land of Silence and investigate before the situation becomes dangerous. Sarada and Boruto explain everything to Omoi and Sarada said that they are being pursued by a bunch of different groups of people. Omi asks if they know who the real perps are Ogino replied that they are shinobi.
Konohamaru shows the weapon to Omoi that they use to kill lady Sakuya. The weapon they used is covered with poison and Omoi said that he has seen it before. He told them where he saw the poison and explained everything in detail. Boruto thinks that the three Shinobi is from the Land of Haze. Omoi said that if the Shinobi manages to hand the cells to evildoers it will be bad. They both decided to team up and retrieve the cell before it is too late.
On their way, they encounter another villain who told them that introduction is not necessary. The villain told them that the ones that see his face are already dead now. Omoi decided that he will handle the villain team 7 must continue with the journey. Three shinobi use their skills a listen to the ground they find out that there is someone pursuing them.
They decided that they must cross the national border before they got caught. Yuuga decided that he will stop the people who are pursuing them. Meanwhile, the villain manages to take down Marui and Kakui. Omoi is trying to find out the weakness of the villain while team 7 met with Yuiga who wants to stop them from pursuing his friends.
