Machi refuses to attend the party and Yuki tries to convince her and she is confused about Yuki’s questions. Machi replied that he doesn’t have to be considerate of her and they don’t have to be concerned about her personal matters. Yuki told her that he just wanted to see what the world looks like through her eyes. Kimi sent all of the student council members a location for their party. Yuki gives Machi a flyer since she doesn’t have a cellphone.
Later they both went home and Machi receives a call from her mother asking her if she manages to make friends. She also asks her about her brother Kakeru if they are getting along. Machi had a flashback about her past when they use to scold her that she must be better than Kakeru. Machi didn’t reply when her mother is talking to her and she told her that she is so dull that people don’t want to talk to her. She drops the call telling her that she will talk to her later.
Machi started asking herself if everything that her mother said about her is true. Machi notices that Kakeru has changed and he seems to be enjoying life. She is the only one who is left behind and she feels lonely. The next day at school girls praises Yuki that he is a prince and they want to go out with her. Machi is staring at Yuki nearby the window thinking that Yuki is gawn by loneliness every time when people give him special treatment. Later Machi, Yuki, Kimi, and Kakeru went to the restaurant and enjoy their party.
