In 2019, the most exciting thing happening in the anime world is the return of Bungo Stray Dogs, Season 3. The makers are hyping up Bungo Stray Dogs for the big April premiere till it finally airs this summer, we hope. Bungo Stray Dogs was serialized in the magazine Young 2012 Bungo Stray Dogs. It is a Japanese manga series written by Kafka Asagiri and illustrated by Sango Harukawa.
Bungo is well known for naming it central characters after famous literary authors like Edgar Allen Poe, Agatha Christie, Mark Twain, and Akiko Yosano. Production on Bungo Stray Dogs had been on the low, but not anymore. Recently, the trailer for Season 3 of Bungo Stray Dogs was released on Twitter by @pkjd818. Here check it out:
Alright, with that out of our way, you should know that Bungo Season 3 has been confirmed for release in Japan on April 12, 2019. Whether it will be available outside of Japan, hasn’t been confirmed yet. But judging by the past pattern, Bungo should be available internationally on or around the same update.
GRANRODEO will return to perform the new opening theme, “Setsuna no Ai.” There’s a new theme for Season 3 that’s called ‘Lily,” and Luck Life will be returning to perform it. Season 3 will be produced by Bones, and it will also feature the return of Takuya Igarashi, the director of the first two seasons. Yoji Enokido, who wrote scripts of first two seasons has pitched in for Season 3 of Bungo Stray Dogs. As goes for the voice cast, same old people are expected and confirm to return for Season 3. But a new character, Kenichi Suzumura has been cast as Katai Tayama, a former Armed Detective Agency member, now living in a shut-hacker.
