Almost a month ago, it was revealed that Dragon Ball GT’s Kid Goku would be making his way to Dragon Ball FighterZ. Kis Goku is officially called Goku GT in-game. He will be added to the game’s Fighter Pass 2 DLC. Now, if you’re wondering when Goku GT will be available then let me give you the details.
Goku GT/Kid Goku will be available on May 9. Bandai revealed a new gameplay trailer along with the official update. The trailer isn’t the longest, and it gives us a bit of an idea into what Goku GT can do. If you watch the trailer, you can see Goku GT using the power pole and having a lot of combos with it.
Goku GT is a part of the Fighter Pass 2 DLC of Dragon Ball FighterZ. The DLC has other famous characters as well, which include Videl and Jiren, SSGSS Gogeta and Broly (Dragon Ball Super). The entire pack is available for USD 24.99. The previously released DLC characters— Android 17 and Bardock are available for USD 4.99 each.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is one of the nine games, which are involved in the fighting game community’s largest tournament, the Evolution Championship Series. The other games that were on the main stage are— Mortal Combat 11, Soul Calibur VI, Tekken 7, Cross Tag Battle, Samurai Shodown, Street Fighter V, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st]. Evo 2019 will be held in Las Vegas, NV at the Mandalay Bay between August 2 and 4.
