One Piece 949 didn’t come out last week because Oda had taken a break, but this week, we’ll be back on track with One Piece and after the great chapter that we got previously, we cannot wait for more of the same. In One Piece 948, we got to see Kawamatsu finally getting freed from his cell and it turns out that he is very powerful. At the same time, the other scabbards who were in the prison also revealed themselves and the prisoners can now rally behind all of them. Let’s discuss One Piece 949 in this post down below.

One Piece 949 will likely show us more progress at Udon Prison. With Act 2 of Wano being so close to ending now, it is only a matter of a few chapters before Luffy breaks out of prison. He’s assembled an all-star team to help himself and I think we’ll see them get to work in the next chapter, with the escape being completed within the next five. At the same time, I think we’ll be seeing what went on in the Flower Capital with Zoro and Sanji because they’ve been fighting for a long time now, and we don’t know what exactly happened there.
Meanwhile, Ashura Doji has taken Kinemon somewhere to show him something very important that’s somehow related to the truth about why he doesn’t want to join the rebellion. One Piece 949 is one of the most anticipated chapters of Wano, and we hope that it delivers.
