The citizens have spotted a villain above the sky they kept on asking each other what is that. The police officers have ordered everyone to evacuate since the villain seems to be more powerful. The villain said that he is looking for a boy named Kawaki asking the villagers if they have seen him. Meanwhile, Shikamaru Nara reveals that the villain is Ohtsutsuki only Lord Seventh and Uchiha Sasuke can deal with the villain. The leaf shinobi tries to clash with the villain but they couldn’t stand a chance.
The Villian told the shinobi that if they don’t give him the answers he will kill the civilians. The police officers are busy evacuating civilians to safety. Boruto argues with his father who told him that he is heading out and Boruto must also evacuate too with other civilians. Naruto went and told Sasuke that he is going to confront Otsustsuki. Otsutsuki is beating the shinobi while Naruto is heading towards him he notices that he is near the main gate.

Previously on Boruto Naruto Next Generations Chapter 49
One combatant is down injured and Waka talks with Sasuke and Shikamaru Nara. He said that the enemy has Byakugan he can find them anytime. Sasuke tries to talk with Boruto who wants to join the fight. Naruto reaches where the villain is and Otsutsuki is surprised to see the Hokage. Otsutsuki said that he never thought that Naruto will escape his sealing Justu. Naruto replied by saying ” So you’re Isshiki”? while Naruto explains how he fought with Boro to Sasuke.
Back to the fight, Isshiki Otsutsuki said that he can’t believe that Boro failed to take down Naruto. Naruto warns Isshiki to go back home before he gets hurt. Naruto said that let’s forget about Boro and settle things once and for all. Naruto charges towards Ishhiki who kicked him back to the ground. Every attack that Ishhiki is throwing it is destroying the village. Ishhiki tries to attack Naruto again and Sasuke shows up and blocks him back. Ishiki said annoying Rinnegan looking at Sasuke. Naruto said that Sasuke is late and he apologized saying that he was still preparing himself.
Isshiki reminds Sasuke how badly he beat him up with Naruto and said that ” You just don’t give up.” Sasuke didn’t waste time he asks Naruto to cover him with a weapon while attacking Isshiki. Isshiki blocks the attacks by shrinking all of them. Sasuke throws his blade and Boruto shows up with transformation Justu attacking Isshiki. Naruto is surprised to see Boruto since he knows that he is not part of the plan. Boruto unleashes a new Jutsu combined with Rasengan and Sasuke said they have to follow Boruto’s Chakra.
