The time is the Meiji era. Kyoto, Japan, has just entered the 20th century.
The era when Western culture began to become familiar and the city began to light up.
Japanese and Western. A mysterious era where the past and the future are mixed.
There is never a story in history,
There were people in Ichii who certainly lived in that era.

This is neither war nor politics.
That era. One of the “loves” that has never been seen in history.

The time is the Meiji era. Kyoto, Japan, has just entered the 20th century.
Inako, who always fails and relies on God and Buddha, and Kihachi, who denies God and Buddha and boasted that it is the age of electricity. At first, the two did not bite each other, but the situation changed completely with Inako’s marriage story. The only way to stop Inako’s marriage is to find the bizarre book “Denki Catalog.” Inako and Kihachi run around the land of Kyoto and Shiga.
What is the secret hidden in “Denki Catalog”?

Inako Momokawa

Inako grew up as the second daughter of Momokawa Sake Brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto. She has a pure and lively personality but often fails and is always disapproved by her father, Jinemon. She was looked at as a person opposite to her sister, who could do anything. Believe in the gods and Buddha, and when something goes wrong, go to Fushimi Inari’s Akubi Yawn Daimyojin. “Belief is the deal” is a habit. The only mousetrap with bare hands is second to none.

Kihachi Sakamoto

Kihachi Sakamoto is a 15-year-old boy who works at the Horai Horai Buddhist altar shop on Shinkyogoku Street and loves electricity, which why he is also in charge of mechanical repairs. At the 5th National Industrial Exhibition held in Osaka, he was fascinated by the machines of the near future powered by electricity and became interested in electricity. Believing that the 20th century is the century of electricity, he wrote the “Denki Catalog,” which delusions the invention of electricity in the future.

Kihachi doesn’t trust the gods and Buddha, which is why he got into an argument with his father and leaves the house.
