No Game No Life is a very popular light novel series. The series follows two siblings named Sora and Shiro who are summoned into the Disboard world. The series has received an anime adaptation and a movie as well. The anime has gathered a lot of praise for its animation and for immaculately following the novel series.
The anime is brilliant. You get to see tons of game strategies, and the character development is fantastic as well. The fans have been waiting for the second season of No Game No Life. It feels like it has been forever since the first season came out. According to reports, the anime studios have begun to work on the second season of the show. But, nothing is confirmed yet.
Towards the end of the first season, we saw Shiro and Sora facing a god. It was a huge cliff-hanger. The chances of there being a second season are quite low as the author is has been charged with alleged plagiarism.
No Game No Life did get a movie spin-off which was titled “Zero.” It is based on the manga and light novels. Here is the cast for “Zero”:
