The animated fantasy series The Owl House Season Season 2 will be releasing soon, and fans are extremely excited to see what lies ahead of Luz and the gang. Created by Dana Terrace, the show made its official debut on 10th January 2020, and it just released its 19th episode titled ‘Young Blood, Old Souls Part 2’ yesterday (29th August 2020).
The show has already been renewed for its second season, and we have gathered all the recent updates and information regarding the show, so here is everything you need to know about The Owl House Season 2.
The Owl House Season 2 Plot
The story of The Owl House revolves around a teenage girl named Luz Noceda, and it follows how on one certain day, her life completely changes when she encounters a mysterious portal to a whole different world. It was like just another day in Luz’s day, and she was supposed to reach the juvenile detention summer camp in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, known as the Reality Check Camp, however, things don’t go according to the plan, as she stumbles upon the portal, and her life never remained the same after that.
On the Boiling Isles, she did manage to befriend Eda, the Owl Lady, the rebellious witch, and her roommate named King. Soon Luz adapts to the world, and despite lacking magical abilities, she enjoys the new family and makes up her mind to fulfill the dream of becoming a witch by becoming an apprentice of Eda.
The show received a green light for the second season even before the premiere of season 1, and season 2 is expected to follow the story after the final events of the first installment. The official plot of The Owl House is yet to be revealed, however, according to the recent updates, season 2 will be a lot more challenging for Luz, and new adventures will make it a lot more interesting than before.
The Owl House Season 2 Cast and Episode Count
The main actors of the show will most likely return for season 2, which means that Sarah-Nicole Robles, Wendie Malick, Alex Hirsch will reprise the roles of Luz Noceda, Edalyn “Eda” Clawthorne, King and Hooty. Other actors returning might include Elizabeth Grullon (Camilia Noceda), Tati Gabrielle (Willow Park), Issac Ryan Brown (Augustus “Gus” Porter), Mae Whitman (Amity Blight), Bumper Robinson (Hieronymus Bump) and others.
The official episode count is not revealed, however, season 2 is expected to feature at least 10-15 episodes.
The Owl House Season 2 is expected to release in early 2020. The official update is kept under wraps, however, we will keep you posted as soon as the announcement is made.
