The Curse of Oak Island has been one of the best shows on TV, and the sixth season is even more interesting. The show is supposed to end soon, and we will provide all the information about it in this article. First of all, this is the longest season of The Curse of Oak Island, which has 22 episodes and 13 special episodes, which makes the total of 35 episodes!
The show was rumored to end after the 18th episode, although it did not. The show continued through for more episodes, although many believed the rumors because the fifth season had 18 episodes. However, this season has crossed the mark and is the longest one. Nonetheless, it is supposed to end soon, as the winter has arrived from the Lagina brothers, and their excavation permissions would also expire.
Till now, we have seen them facing a lot of problems and discovering many important facts and artifacts as well. They seemed very close to the truth when they were excavating at Shaft 6. However, due to the crane operators’ strike, they had to halt the work. The operators were on a three-week strike, which is still not over. Each day is very crucial for the team, as they do not have much time left.
Therefore, they started examining the structures at Smith’s Cove and discovered that they are older than Money Pit. Many were concerned which episode would be the finale episode, and I am afraid that the 22nd episode would be it. There are many reasons for it, which I will explain one by one.
