The chibi-style anime series, Isekai Quartet is returning with its second season, and fans are looking forward to the upcoming episodes. The anime series is published by Kadokawa Corporation, and it is the crossover of The Saga of Tanya the Evil, KonoSuba, Re: Zero − Starting Life in Another World, and Overlord. The first season of the anime was released on 9th April and, it was streamed on Crunchyroll. The man in charge of the scripts and direction is Minoru Ashina while Minoru Takehara is looking after the character designs and the animation of the series. The studio behind the anime series is Studio Puyukai.
The official website teased fans with the question related to the true identity of the transfer student who was introduced by Mr. Roswaal. According to the latest reports, the upcoming season will also feature a total of 12 episodes and might even go higher, and Crunchyroll is expected to stream the second season as well.
According to other sources, more chibi characters will be featured in season 2 which are fan-favorites in the current time.
The official update is yet to be revealed, however, according to rumors, Isekai Quartet Season 2 will be released in the second half of 2020.
