Dragon Ball Super: Broly To Be Last Performance of Vic Mignona
Funimation recently announced that they wouldn’t be working with The Morose Mononokean 2 fame voice actor, Vic Mignogna. According to the sources Mignogna is accused of multiple harassment allegations.
Moreover, Funimation also replaced Mignogna with Ian Sinclair. However Funimation had a close working relationship with Mignona, but there have been many harassment complaints against him, and many fans also have acknowledged his unprofessional and unruly behavior. He’s been accused of kissing and hugging his fellow actors without their consent.
Following the sexual harassment allegations, Rooster Teeth replaced him from RWBY series on 5th of February. If the sources are to be believed, Funimation has ended all the ties with the voice actor. Moreover, more of his voice co-actors are coming up with their experience with Mignogna.
In such an incident, Mignona’s co-actor Monica Rial shared her unpleasant experience with Mignogna on twitter provoking other actors to open up about their experiences with Mignona. Albeit Mignona issues an apology at Bak-Anime. After all, his unprofessional behavior did come between him and his career; this means that Dragon Ball super: Broly will be last performance as Broly. The Tweet by Funimation justifies the above statement :
” Everyone, we wanted to give you an update on the Vic Mignogna situation. Following an investigation, Funimation recast Vic Mignogna in Morose Mononokean, season 2. Funimation will not be engaging Mignogna in future productions.”
