Out of the blue, her instructor takes the retirement, and so she is forced to train under an all-new instructor who is nothing like the old one she liked.

Unfortunately, this new instructor doesn’t seem to have great magic skills and seems pretty lethargic, which makes the protagonist Sistine very much disappointed.
