One Piece Episode 882 Release Date And Spoilers

The One Piece anime may not be everyone’s favorite right now, but the arc that we’re in is undoubtedly exciting. Reverie is, without a doubt, one of the best arcs in the manga, but the anime version of it might not be as great. This is because there are several flashbacks and the episodes end up adapting just half a chapter, which results in a bad adaptation.

Some episodes do get adapted well, but most episodes in this arc will be sacrificed for Wano Country arc. The anime is too close to the manga right now, and there has to be some sort of a gap between the two. If the anime had continued at the pace it was going on at; we would’ve been at Wano already. However, Wano is scheduled for July 2019, so that means Reverie will have to last through May, and then we’ll get a filler arc too.

Anyway, let’s discuss One Piece Episode 882 now. Before we begin, please note that this post may contain official spoilers from the upcoming arc of the anime. If being spoiled is not for you, I suggest that you stop reading the post here. However, if spoilers don’t bother you, we can get started. Also, note that we did not create the spoilers or leaked them. They’re available all over the internet.

One Piece Episode 882 will showcase the new Admiral Green Bull to us. He’s with Fujitora at Marigeoise, and they’re talking about something new that Vegapunk has created. Apparently, the Shichibukai aren’t needed anymore.

Some of Green bull’s powers are also hinted at, and we’re told that he hasn’t eaten anything for three years now, which is probably when he ate his Devil Fruit. Along with this, we get to see Shirahoshi and the others from the Ryugu Palace arrive at the Red Line port, and they’re carried to Marigeoise from there. Garp is escorting them, and the whole event just looks great.

One Piece Episode 882 airs on April 28, 2019. You can stream it on Funimation. What are your thoughts on the Reverie arc so far? Let me know your thoughts in the comments section!
