My Hero Academia Chapter 227 was, without a doubt, an excellent chapter. I’ve said so many times that this arc is definitely one of the best that I’ve seen in My Hero Academia. The only thing that it’s lacking in my opinion is some solid action that pushes characters like Shigaraki to their absolute limits.
We haven’t seen him do much, but I expect him to get involved in the story very soon. My Hero Academia Chapter 228 seems like it is going to be incredible, so let’s get started and discuss what we think might happen in the next chapter of the manga.

We saw Shigaraki awaken his quirk in the previous chapter of the story, and it was glorious! It makes sense for him to get this power when you think about it. Midoriya has 6-7 quirks now and Shigaraki has to get stronger to stand a chance. The Meta Liberation Army looks like it is going to serve as a stepping stone for the League of Villains to get even stronger, and ReDestro is going to be Shigaraki’s main foe.
We might also see Gigantomachia join the main fight later on, but for now, Shigaraki is heading towards the main tower. Dabi’s fight is going to be heavily featured in this chapter of My Hero Academia. I think we’ll see him go all out for the first time. We might also find some clues out on his connection to Endeavor and Shouto, so I have high hopes for the next chapter. I can’t wait for it to finally come out!
