After the release of it’s the very first season ( back in 2012), it had drawn a massive fan following among the viewers. As a result, the show got revived eight times; the recent season was released on the 9th of February 2020. The plot of Shahs of Sunset:
The story follows the story of a group of Iranian and American friends who lives in Beverly Hills, California, who are trying to find an equilibrium between their social lives and their upcoming careers while balancing the demands of their families. The series originally concentrates on Reza Farahan, Golnesa Gharachedaghi, Sammy Younai, Asa Soltan Ahmadi, Mike Shouhed, MJ (Mercedes Javid) we will go in brief about their characters and their roles in the show.
Farhan, who is a real estate agent in Los Angeles, California, is wedded to Adam Neely. Farhan is gay, but he shies in public and struggles to talk about his sexuality. On the other hand, his partner Adam Neely is a fashion designer they both were in a relationship from 2010, their engagement happened in the 3rd season finale, and by the 4th season we witnessed some complications between their relationships in the 4th season, as a result, called off their wedding.
GG(Golnesa Gharachedaghi) In the series, GG is an entrepreneur who belongs to a wealthy Muslim family, and at the beginning of the show, she was unemployed and was financially dependent on her family, but later on, she achieved financial stability as becoming an entrepreneur. She has eight tattoos; one of them is inside her lips.
Mike Shouhed: He is also a real estate agent of Los Angeles he completed his graduation from UCLA, after losing some money in the estate business he went back home to her family where he got married to Jessica Pardo, but that also didn’t work out well for him as just eight months after that they got divorced.
MJ (Mercedes Javid): She is also a real estate agent of Los Angeles California she had a tough childhood among them all, she grew up aware of her weight was put on a diet at the age of 14 but as she couldn’t control the diet she quit dieting after that. MJ and her mother have a tough relationship between them. They quarrel among themselves most of the time, which all of us witnessed on the show.
