After they successfully defeated all the curse inside the building Yuji talk with Kyotaka Ijichi. Kyota reveals that their window verified the cursed womb three hours ago and 90 percent were successfully evacuated. He also said that they made the call to seal off the center. The police are also around the building and the rescue team has already evacuated citizens within a 500-meter radius. Yuji asks Kyotaka what’s a ”window” and he replied that a window is a member of Jujutsu Tech who can see curses.
He also told Yuji that the windows are not sorcerers and inside the building, there are five detainees with the curse-womb. He explained to Yuji and others that if the curse-womb is the type that metamorphoses it will become a special-grade cursed spirit. Yuji said he doesn’t understand what the special-grade curse means. Kyotaka explained to Yuji what a special-grade curse means. Kyotaka told the trio to take the mission under their powers.

Previously Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 4
They must not fight if they met with the curse their only option is to run or die and their mission is to rescue the survivors only without fighting. A woman nearby shouts at Yuji telling him that her son is inside the building. She wants him to save her son. Yuji told Megumi and Nabara that they are going to save everyone. When they move inside the building Kyotaka covered the building with a black veil to protect the residential area nearby.
Yuji is happy that it is becoming night and Megumi told Yuji that it is a barrier that conceals them from the outside world. Megumi summons a demon dog and said that it will tell them when the curse gets close. When they are inside the dorm they find that it is a two-story dorm. While they are investigating they encountered dead corps. Yuji got scared because he has promised the lady that he will save his son who he is not sure whether is alive or not. Later Yuji and Megumi quarrel about the boy that they have to save.
Megumi said that what will he do if they have to save someone who is killing people. Yuji replied that why did he save him when he swallowed the curse that can cause him to kill people. Nabara talks with them but she got graded by something that is under the building. Megumi is confused about why the demon dog couldn’t sense the curse.
When he looks around he finds the demon dog dead near the wall. The demon dog was killed when Yuji and Megumi are quarreling about saving the boy. When they want to run away a curse showed up behind them. Yuji took his dagger trying to fight the special-grade curse but his hand got cut.
Yuji took the belt and wrap his hand and the curse inside him to him he can switch the body with him to defeat the monster in front of them. Yuji told Megumi that the only way to win the battle is by switching with Sakuna. Yuji switches with Sakuna and after a long battle, he cuts the special-grade curse into 3 pieces telling it that it is weak. He took the finger that was inside the chest of the special-grade curse and left it burning. He stands up and shouts that it is over.
