Otaru and Zaharu manage to escape from Crotter’s soldiers and head where Otaru works. The staff members were shocked to see the two together and Otaru reveals that Zaharu is her boyfriend. They congratulate the two new couples and Otaru said that she has the proof that Crotter Inc is really Shining Black. Her partner told her that it is too late she must check the government announcement. It is revealed that Diet just voted to officially disband the Japanese government and provisionally hand over control of Japan to Shining Black.
Otaru can’t believe what is happening and Zaharu said it is fake news. Otaru said what and he said it is Deep Fake. Yoshida thought he said deep kiss out of love. But Bat corrects him that Deep Fake not deep kiss and Zaharu reveals that Deep Fake is manipulated videos generate using AL. Some guy talks and they use AL to make him look like the prime minister. Otaru decides that they must bring down Crotter immediately. She orders Kaneko to get all the men and weapons and head to attack Crotter.

Yoshida reveals that they need to get the Anti-Spell generator program too. Zaharu said they must get ready an assault team and a secondary infiltration team and he will lead the way. Meanwhile, at SB territory Crotter orders his workers to give him a progress report on the Rage Spell. They reveal that it has infected 40% of the populace. He then orders them to move to phase two and the soldier shows up telling them that some people are approaching the building.
Crotter orders that they must shoot them if they try to enter the building. They infiltrate the building and attacks the soldiers with powerful waves that make the soldiers obey them. Crotter notices that his soldiers are walking with the enemies. The soldier near him reveals that it is a spell and anyone who hears it gets infected. Then like with zombies that person infects others and orders for them to get rid of the zombies. Zaharu, Yoshida, and Kaneko manage to get inside the building using the rooftop.
When they reach inside they find the soldiers fighting with the mob of zombies. Sugar shows up in front of Crotter who asks him how did he neutralize the Go-Home-Spell. Sugar reveals that he changed his home address to Crotter Inc. In other words, Crotter’s build is now Sugar’s home and he said he kept one spell up his sleeve just in case. That is the Zombie Spell and they will keep on gathering in the building in numbers. Sugar reveals that he is sick of trying to earn his approval.
The Zombies manages to capture Crotter and Sugar said he won’t turn him into a Zombie. He shows him a freeze spell that forces the body to go stiff as ice but still be able to talk. Zaharu and Yoshida fail to retrieve the Golden Spell and Sugar turns everyone into a zombie except for Eagle Talon’s crew and Otaru Crew. They escape and try to find a way to stop Sugar and his zombies. Sugar makes fake news to the world and becomes a new prime minister. He is now controlling the world using his Zombie Spell. He created a book called Living-With-Zombies-Era and reveals that social distancing will be a thumb between two people.
