Apple in recent years did some makeovers to its range of phones, was biggest of which was to change the camera on its iPhone 11 range. But another than that, this year a better change may come.
The change that we are talking about deals with the iPhone 12, and it will be focused on the frame of the phone. Our reports state that Apple will more likely stick to the glass back plus a metal frame. There’s however the issue of the change of the design of the metal design. The said metal frame was used on the iPhone 4, so that means that the phone will be flat rather on the edges, rather than the rounded edges.
Ming-Chi Kuo, the analyst has time and again claimed that the iPhone 12 will be about a more complex segmentation design and new trenching and injection molding procedures. There’s the sapphire/ glass cover debate, that needs to be settled. There’s an assembly to protect the trench injection molding structure of the phone. This obviously makes the phone more expensive to buy and harder to break.
The utility of the injection molding is that it may apparently reduce the negative impact that metal. The impact that metal has on high-frequency transmission from the internal antenna, means to say that unlike the iPhone 4, so signal issues should be suffered.
The Sapphire cover though means the aspect of durability, but we aren’t sure whether it means a cover over the frame or the back of the phone. Mindy says that these changes will increase the cost of materials. The metal frame will cost up to 50-60% more and the cover-up to 40-50% more.
Nothing is being said by Apple about the release of iPhone 12, it remains to be seen when the 2020 iPhone comes out.

But there is no debate about update, as the new iPhones will be released in September 2020, and this time there will be four new phones! The screen sizes for the new phones are currently speculated to be 5.4, 6.7, and 6.1 inches, and the 6.1 inches will have two variants. So, a fresh new approach from Apple will be seen!
