The story follows with the human kid raised by the Indian wolf Raksha and her pack, led by Akela. Kaa attempts to kill Mowgli and finally gets attacked by a Himalayan brown bear named Baloo. It rescues Mowgli from the threat caused by Kaa. Mowgli remembers his promise to repay honey to Baloo and finds it difficult to get around the jungle. Mowgli agrees to stay with Baloo until the winter season.
Bagheera was shocked to see Mowgli and Baloo together in the jungle and has not joined the humans as he had agreed before. Baloo convinces them and persuaded both them to sleep on it. During the midnight herd of Indian elephants comes together around the ditch and uses vines to save their baby. Although Baloo and Bagheera are impressed, Baloo also realizes the fact that he cannot ensure the safety of Mowgli. After learning he is being hunted by Shere Khan. Baloo finally agrees to allow Mowgli to reach the human village.
While on his way to the village he was kidnapped by the gang of monkeys along with Hoolock gibbons. They plan to present him to the gang leader and the supreme power giant ape named King Louie. They assume that all humans can make “the red flower”. King Louie offers Mowgli protection against the cruel minded Shere Khan in exchange for a favor. Baloo distracts King Louie Bagheera to sneak Mowgli out of their province and fails to complete the task. Knowing about the plot to release Mowgli from the group of monkey King Louis chase down Mowgli running through their temple which finally collapses and falls over him.
During the ending climax of the movie, Raksha becomes the new leader of the wolf pack. Mowglis plans to utilize his requirements and trick for his use and joining the wolf family calling along with Baloo and Bagheera.
