This was revealed by the Services VP of Apple, Eddy Cue. In a recent interview with a French publication named Numerama, he revealed about Apple Music’s hitting the milestone. Back in January, Apple revealed that the subscriber list was at 50 million, and in just a matter of months, 10 million more added, which is quite the feat they achieved.

Eddy Cue also revealed that they are constantly working on Apple Music and they’re trying to make the experience of the subscribers across all platforms as great as possible. He also revealed that he really appreciate Music in the current form that it is, and he feels that with next release, the features of Apple Music can always be perfected.

He further revealed, that in the Apple ecosystem, Apple Music is the number one music streaming service. He said that he loves iTunes, however, Apple Music is better in every way and they are always looking forward to making the streaming service better than before.
