Football Manager Fans rejoice as the latest edition of this game is just around the corner. This installment of the game is going to much better than its predecessors as it will have “new features” and “polished game mechanics”. Moreover, it promises to give users greater accountability for both their own as well as for their team’s destiny.

Football Manager 2020 will be launching title for Google Stadia which is a new gaming streaming platform that allows users to play modern games without the need for high-powered hardware. The Studio Director of Sports Interactive, Miles Jacobson said: “Football Manager on Stadia includes technology that is only available on that platform, utilising the power of the cloud and Google’s data centres to ensure that more matches can be processed in parallel utilising spare bandwidth across the whole system.”

The company said, “From announce until launch, fans who pre-purchase Football Manager 2020 (PC/Mac), from a SEGA approved digital retailer (or from a participating physical retailer) will receive a 10% discount.”

The price of the game is £39.99. Moreover, this year’s edition will have new packaging. It was said by Jacobson that the standard edition Football Manager 2020 is “believe” to be a first for the industry it’s the most environmentally friendly packaging that they have been able to put together. They are replacing the plastic box that is widely used in the industry with a reinforced, 100% recycled gatefold cardboard sleeve, made with 100% recycled fibers. The also said “We’ve changed the printing on the packaging to vegetable and water-based ink with a recycled paper manual inside and have managed to source recyclable shrink wrap to encase the packaging and keep it secure on its travels. This packaging is not only recycled, but it’s also almost entirely recyclable.”
