Mindhunter belongs to the talented David Fincher. Alright so with no premiere date in sight and production schedule of Mindhunter wrapped up in 2018 December, one wonders when it’s going to come out. But as you may know, Netflix is really good with surprising people. So Mindhunter may come out anytime now. It also means that Holden Ford (portrayed by Jonathan Groff) has recovered from his panic attack that shocked us in the Season 1 finale episode. We, therefore, should expect him to co-operate with FBI work in catching the serial killers.
Both Fincher and composer Jason Hill have revealed the plot for Season 2 of Mindhunter; this big reveal happened in October 2017 in an interview with Billboard. It is being reported that Season 2 of Mindhunter will revolve around the Atlanta Child Murders. We, therefore, should think of a timeline between 1979 and 1981. The first season, if you may remember took place in 1977. They have also promised a lot of African-American music which is going to evolve with time and this support the plot of the show. Additionally, Mindhunter Season 2 will also cover the likes of serial killers such as Manson and David Berkowitz.
